Suitable for villas, boutiques, clubs, and art spaces. Everything can be customized.
Hand-tackled carpets are not limited by the loom; their shape, size, color, and pattern can all be customized. Ordinary machine-woven carpets are limited by the width of the loom and the number of colors, while tackled carpets can be made in any shape (round, irregular, patchwork), any size, and any color combination, with a stronger three-dimensional effect, like an embossed sculpture.
A wide variety of materials are available, including wool, silk, nylon, rayon, Tencel, cotton, and linen, with custom blend ratios also possible upon request. Wool is warm and soft, silk has a luxurious sheen, and nylon is durable and wear-resistant, allowing for flexible combinations to suit different usage scenarios and budgets.
Hand-punched carpets utilize a tight punching process, resulting in a strong pile that is not prone to shedding. Under normal household use, they can last 20-30 years; if made of highly durable materials such as wool and properly maintained, they can even be passed down through generations. They also demonstrate excellent durability in commercial settings (such as hotels and clubs).
From initial communication and design to material selection and sample finalization, production typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the design. More complex designs and larger sizes generally take longer. It is recommended to allow ample time in advance.
