The casino at Kampong Dewa Resort Hotel is the core integrated entertainment venue within the resort complex, located in the Outea Beach area of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. As part of the resort’s comprehensive leisure facilities, it holds official foreign-investment operating licenses and operates 24 hours a day.
The casino features a modern Khmer-inspired design with a light luxury aesthetic, offering an open and spacious hall. Crystal chandeliers paired with warm-toned furnishings and high-end textured carpets create a refined ambiance, clearly dividing the space into a public entertainment area and a private VIP lounge, catering to both leisure experiences and premium business needs.
Featuring professional multilingual dealers and dedicated service staff, the venue offers guests complimentary tea, light refreshments, and beverages during their entertainment experience. Seamlessly integrated with resort accommodations, a beachfront club, and an infinity pool, the casino allows guests to effortlessly enjoy a complete resort experience-combining luxury stays, oceanfront leisure, and premium entertainment in one exceptional destination.
The entire casino area is furnished with SINICO Axminster carpets. Three exclusive carpet patterns have been custom-designed for different zones — the main casino hall, the East/North VIP lounges, and the Chinese-themed lounge. Distinctive color schemes are used to define each functional area, achieving a balance between aesthetic appeal and commercial-grade durability.
The casino main hall adopts a double-layer zoning concept. The entertainment area features a warm orange Axminster broadloom carpet with a subtle checkered pattern, creating an elegant and spacious atmosphere suitable for high-volume public traffic. The surrounding corridors are decorated with dark grey Axminster carpets featuring an ink-wash flowing cloud pattern, finished with square carpet borders to clearly define circulation paths. The dense pile texture also provides effective noise reduction.
The VIP areas in the East and North lounges are equipped with luxurious flowing-line Axminster carpets. The gaming table areas feature a grey-green base with black and gold linear patterns, creating a sophisticated and understated luxury atmosphere. The corridors use light beige curved Axminster carpets for a natural visual transition, complemented by modular carpet tiles. The short-pile material is easy to maintain and perfectly matches the private, high-end hospitality environment.
The independent Chinese lounge features a custom-designed Chinese-inspired Axminster broadloom carpet. Set against a deep red background, the carpet showcases dark blue phoenix motifs along with golden floral and mountain patterns. Its handcrafted woven texture delivers exceptional visual quality, making it the most distinctive decorative feature within the entire casino.
The carpets are manufactured with high-density, fire-resistant, and anti-slip properties.
