For tough embedded stains, professional carpet cleaning service is advised.
Avoid long‑time continuous direct sunlight exposure; airing the rug under sun for several hours 1‑2 times per year benefits fibre condition.
Only apply low‑suction vacuum cleaner, disable rotating brush roller, use non‑rotating vacuum head or attachment.
All our rugs are hand‑made. Minor fibre shedding, pile clumping and fibre breakage may emerge after long‑time use, especially in heavy‑traffic zones, which belongs to normal wear performance.
Spot cleaning guidelines:
- Lightly moisten paper towel or clean cloth with plain water.
- Press damp fabric onto stained spot gently to dilute dirt. Do NOT rub hard.
- If stain persists, apply fragrance‑free, dye‑free transparent neutral soap to prevent colour fading.
- Repeat above steps until stain is fully removed.
